About Car-Z-Art

Cra-Z-Art is a prime manufacturer and global leader in classic toy, arts and crafts kits, puzzles and school supplies. The company's website was not having enough online sales. Cra-Z-Art's website was analysed to understand its KPIs and necessary changes were incorporated into the design to improve its sales.

Challenge

The primary issue with the Car-Z-Art's website was that it did not have enough online sales as its website was not intuitive and had poor usability

Goal

Car-Z-Art's main goal is to increase their online sales and also to invite more customers

Web Metric Analysis

Once the company's strengths and weaknesses were analysed it's time to analyse the company's website!

Web metric analysis was done with the help of SEMRUSH tool to analyze the performance of the website

Persona

User Journey Mapping

Potential users were asked to perform the task of buying their favourite product. Their interactions and behaviors with the website were recorded to understand their pain points.
